FAQ
- What is Frameo, and who should use it?
Frameo is a sharing app that lets family and friends send photos and short videos to a connected frame. It’s best for households who want private, simple sharing without an external cloud account. - Do these frames require ongoing subscription?
Most frames shown use built-in storage and local sharing; some offer cloud options via apps, but no mandatory subscription is required for basic features. - Is a larger screen better for gift purposes?

Some frames support longer videos via microSD or direct uploads, but several models limit video length to 15 seconds when using apps, so check each model’s specifics. - What does RoHS compliance mean for a digital photo frame?
RoHS ensures restricted use of certain hazardous substances, contributing to safer, more environmentally friendly devices. - Are these frames easy for seniors to use?
Many units feature touchscreens and simple interfaces designed for ease of use, but some seniors may prefer frames with larger icons and straightforward navigation.
